Organisational structure

The trust structure was updated on 1 April 2014 and there are now seven clinical centres led by a chief or chiefs of service who are supported by a managing director and a head of nursing.

The trust also has a number of corporate directorates which include the chief executive’s office, operational services, finance and performance, quality assurance (which incorporates the academic centre) and human resources, which are led by directors.
