If the education service decided your child may benefit from trying a radio aid, they will provide the radio aid and the ‘shoes’ required to fit on the hearing aid (to join the radio aid to the hearing aid) are provided by the audiology department.
Social services
Social services are able to provide environmental aids that may help your child around the home for example a device to help your child to listen to the TV, or hear the doorbell or fire alarm.
