Antenatal warm up and cool down stretches
1a) Hug forward, clasp hands in front and stretch shoulders and back
1b) Clasp hands behind and stretch shoulders and chest
2a) Twist to each side
2b) Reach one arm up and over to the side and stretch the side muscles
3a) Gentle neck movements, forward and back
3b) Gentle neck movements, side to side
4) Shoulder shrugs and shoulder rolls
5a) Punch the air forward 10 times
5b) Punch the air up 10 times, then cross over 10 times
6a) Sit on the ball and do gentle pelvic tilts
6b) Gently tilt forward and back up
7a) Stretch out leg, move ankles up and down
7b) Keeping leg straight, gently lean forwards into a gentle hamstring stretch
8) Stand over the ball and stretch back
9a) Deep breaths in as arms rise up
9b) Breathe out as arms come down
