Physiotherapy

1. Pulleys
Hands supported on the edge of a table
2. Lean and stretch over table
(bow)
Paint roller held in the hand and against the wall
3. Roll paint roller up the wall
4. Round off the shoulders
(hug a tree)
5. Stretch clasping behind the back
7. Raise stick above the head and
lower back with gravity
8. Reaching and stretching in
side-lying
9. Massage in the armpit to
improve movement

Positioning for Radiotherapy

Exercises 6 week post operative

1. Strengthening exercise
