What we do
The service is designed to provide facilities and equipment for assessment, diagnosis and treatment of skin disease in a modern, clean environment closer to home.
We offer minor surgery, cryotherapy, photodynamic therapy and a photography service for watching lesions including atypical moles.
Our service is in an accessible location at One Life in Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, and has free car parking. We aim to offer short waiting times and be able to see patients in a timely manner.
Who we work with
We see people of any age, male and female for dermatology referrals and patients over the age of ten for minor surgery. Interpreting services are available on request.
We have close links with secondary care and also work with neighbouring primary care trusts.
What happens during the appointment
We will record a full history of your skin condition and discuss possible treatment options with you. We will always liaise with your GP about any ongoing treatment.
