This is an eight week programme of exercise, health information and relaxation.
Patients can be referred directly from a cardiac rehabilitation assessment clinic or by the heart failure specialist nurse team or their consultant.
The exercise programme is designed to cater for the individual needs and ability of each participant. We aim to progress this exercise gradually over the duration of the course.
